Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is superbly located in the heart of the city, offering amazing views of St Stephens from various areas. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable stay. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff going above and beyond to assist. While the dining was exquisite, it came at a high price point.
My stay at the hotel was sublime, although it was a little disappointing to have a view into the inner courtyard; however, I wouldn't fault the hotel for that. The rooms, equipped with electronic window blinds and curtains, were comfortable yet a bit small. The balcony was shared with two other rooms, lacking privacy, as I had to hold the curtains closed all the time. It could have been cleaner in the nooks and crannies.
The hotel is in an amazing location right in front of Stephenplatz, offering spectacular views of the cathedral. The stylish rooms, though spacious and climate-controlled, may not be everyone's taste. The service was top-notch, except for one unhelpful receptionist. Dining was good but quite simple, with a St Stephan view, although a bit pricey. Overall, a fantastic spot with some minor downsides to consider.
The room was sublime, although the view into the inner courtyard was a little disappointing. I couldn't open the window due to cooking smells from nearby apartments, but overall, the room was comfortable, spacious, stylish, and well-equipped.
I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the location was perfect. The service was top-notch with friendly and helpful staff. The only downside was the expensive dining options, but overall, a great experience.
